At Happieepaws, we are passionate about creating personalized artwork of your beloved pets, who we know are more than just pets—they’re family. We hope you adore your order, but here’s what to do if something’s not right.
Refund and Return Policy
Due to the highly customized nature of our products, we cannot offer returns once the artwork has been started. Your pet’s artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you. However, if the work has not yet begun, you can request a full refund.
If you need to make any changes to your order details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make necessary amendments before shipping, but we cannot guarantee changes after the artwork process begins.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- The wrong product;
- The incorrect size or print;
- A damaged product (not caused by customer actions);
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace or refund your item. If possible, include a photo of the product in your initial email so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Photo Guidelines & Responsibility
The quality of the final product depends on the quality of the photo you submit. It is essential to provide a high-quality image that adheres to our Photo Guide. Unfortunately, we cannot create details or characteristics that are not visible in the image provided. If the photo does not meet our guidelines, we cannot guarantee an optimal result.
Refund Processing Time
If approved, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Gift Cards
Please note that we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
